When you purchase directly from me (JKoColour), I promise to do my best to send your colouing book(s) out as fast as I can. Shipping is done three times a week.
Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, special promotions, or product launches.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship from British Columbia, Canada. All rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Carriers We Use
We work with Canada Post, USPS, and select international carriers to ensure reliable delivery worldwide.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking where available. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging
We package every order with care to protect your books during transit. Where possible, we use eco-friendly and recyclable materials.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@jkocolour.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coloring books unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
